KICKERCISE
This is a fitness class based on kickboxing. The class is completely non contact and is perfect for ladies looking for a new fitness class. The classes are great for burning calories and having fun doing it. You will be exercising using punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes.

PILATES

STRETCH / POWER STRETCH
